The cost of shipping purchased original art within the United State is a $20 flat fee. Outside the United States there is a $50 flat fee.

Taxes for art by Massachusetts Residents or those purchasing directly from the Fantasy Flower Art studio are included in the purchase price.

My studio in Plymouth, MA is open by appointment only. Feel free to call, text or email and every effort will be made for your studio visit.

Every effort will be made to package and ship your purchase within 3 business days. We use either UPS or FedEx ground which normally takes 3-7 days. Tracking information will be sent to the contact information given at purchase.

A refund will be offered in the first thirty days on any original work. All works must be in the same condition when returned. The customer must ship the work back and assume return shipping costs. The same shipping method must be used to insure physical protection of the work. Customers need to use the shipping box the piece was sent in or purchase a FedEx or UPS appropriate box to return the work, and must take care to pack it in the same secure way they received it. If you purchased a larger piece that was prepared by Fantasy Flower Art for shipping save the box and packing materials. There are no refunds after 30 days.

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact davedauer@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
