Windswept
This landscape from a memory during a walk in Alfred, Maine produced in acrylics on two 24”x12” stretched canvases depicts a large oak tree that stood out majestically in a large field of grass. Along the way there were many flowers in bloom which I shared here. As with most of my floral work there is an interaction going on between the flowers. I call them conversations. You can almost hear what they are saying if you listen hard enough.
Acrylic on stretched canvas with applied canvas overlays.
24” x 24” (each canvas is 24” x 12”)
